Results at a glance
33 hot leads and nine booked meetings inside the first 30 days
Leads qualified within 48 to 72 hours of first contact
Domains warmed and authenticated before launch, so volume never cost deliverability
Word of mouth was working. It just could not be scheduled.
A seed-stage AI hiring and assessment platform had real traction, but all of it arrived through word of mouth. Inbound came when it came. There was no way to forecast a month, and no structured outreach running across any channel.
The instinct at that stage is to send more email immediately. On new domains that is how a company burns its sender reputation in a fortnight. We spent the setup window on warm-up, authentication and list hygiene, then ran email, LinkedIn and calls as one sequence rather than three.
Where they were
Pipeline depended entirely on word-of-mouth inbound, with no way to forecast it
Outreach volume was low and no structured cadence existed on any channel
New sending domains carried real deliverability risk for cold outreach
No qualification standard, so sales time went to leads that were never going to close
Three channels, one signal.
Email. Head of Talent and VP People at India tech firms of 200 to 2,000 people. Staged domain warm-up, segmented cadences, and a pilot assessment CTA that removed the commitment barrier.
LinkedIn. Connections sent five to seven days ahead of the email, with content engagement in between, so the email arrived from a name the buyer had already seen rather than a stranger.
Cold calls. Phone outreach to confirm qualification and move warm but cautious prospects to a booked meeting inside the 48 to 72 hour window.
What changed
33 hot leads and nine meetings booked in the first 30 days
Two to three qualified leads per day from outbound, independent of inbound
Warmed and authenticated domains carrying full volume without spam placement
Every lead qualified within 48 to 72 hours before reaching the founder
What moved in 30 days.
Coordinating the three channels mattered more than any single one of them. LinkedIn recognition lifted email open rates, and calls closed the prospects who had read both but not replied. The pilot offer did the rest: asking a Head of Talent to run one assessment is a far easier yes than asking them to evaluate a platform.
