GTM Engineer
What you will do
- Build and enrich prospect lists with Clay, Apollo and similar tools from real client briefs.
- Set up and maintain sending infrastructure, sequences and LinkedIn campaigns for our SDR team.
- Build workflows in Make, n8n or Zapier that connect forms, enrichment, the CRM and Slack.
- Keep HubSpot clean and set up the fields, properties and reports the team relies on.
- Test new tools and data sources and share what works with the team.
Must haves
- Hands on experience with Clay, Apollo or similar enrichment and list building tools.
- Comfort with spreadsheets, data cleaning and connecting tools through APIs or webhooks.
- Clear written English and the habit of documenting what you build.

- You like learning a new tool quickly and figuring out what it can and cannot do.
Nice to have
- Basic Python or JavaScript.
- Experience using AI prompts for research or enrichment.
